The Bottom Bar primarily serves as a hub for your opened work windows, allowing you to effortlessly navigate between different Work-Window. In addition to window management, the Bottom Bar incorporates font-size controls, enabling you to adjust the text size to suit your preferences and improve readability. The Bottom Bar also includes view controls, specifically designed to streamline the management of your favorites. Along with all these, there is an option for Grid View that provides a structured layout of your opened Work-Windows. Alternatively, the Stack View groups your opened Work-Windows, reducing clutter and optimizing your screen space. Lastly, we have incorporated a feedback button into the Bottom Bar, demonstrating our commitment to continuously improving our web software based on your valuable input.

Horizontal list of opened Work-Windows on the bottom bar.
The Open Work-Windows section is a convenient feature located on the left side of the bottom bar in the Workbench. It provides users with quick access to a list of opened Work-Windows in a horizontal line, allowing for seamless switching between different works. This feature enhances productivity and enables users to efficiently manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
To see the opened Work-Windows, simply glance at the bottom of the screen and locate the horizontal line displaying the opened Work-Windows. The Font-Size Control Buttons provide a convenient way for users to adjust the size of the text displayed on the Workbench. This set of three buttons offers different options for managing the font size: decrease, default, and increase.

Font-size decreasing button.
The first button, denoted by a minus (A-) symbol, allows users to decrease the font size. By clicking this button, the text size will be reduced incrementally, providing a smaller and more compact display of the content. Users can click this button multiple times to further decrease the font size until they achieve the desired level of readability.

Font-size settings button set to default size.
The center button, represented by (A), restores the font size to its default value. By clicking this button, users can revert back to the original font size specified by the application. It provides a quick and convenient way to reset any changes made to the font size and ensures consistent readability across the content.

Font-size increasing button.
The last button, indicated by a plus (A+) symbol, enables users to increase the font size. By clicking this button, the text size will be incremented gradually, allowing users to enhance the readability of the content. Users can click this button multiple times to further increase the font size until it meets their specific requirements.

The gear icon opens the view controls.
The View Control Settings provide users with the ability to customize their workspace by editing their favorite Work-Windows and pinned Work-Windows in the left sidebar. To access these settings, simply click on the gear icon located within the interface. Once the view control enters edit mode, a red dot will appear, indicating that the edit mode is activated. Additionally, the editable icon will begin to jiggle, providing a visual cue that the user can now make changes to their preferred windows. These settings offer a convenient and intuitive way to personalize and optimize the user's workspace for an enhanced experience.

Grid view and Stack view button.
Grid View and Stack View are two display modes available in the normal window mode of our Workbench. These modes allow users to conveniently manage their opened Work-Windows without switching to full-screen mode.
When selecting the Grid View option, users will be presented with a grid layout that organizes all their opened Work-Windows in the available screen space. This grid arrangement enables users to have a comprehensive overview of their work environment, facilitating efficient multitasking and quick navigation between different windows.
On the other hand, selecting the Stack View option will stack the opened Work-Windows on top of each other, creating a convenient vertical layout. This mode is particularly useful when users prefer a more focused view, as it reduces visual clutter by placing the windows in a single, stacked column. Users can easily switch between different windows in the stack by clicking on the desired thumbnail, ensuring a streamlined workflow.

Minimize button.
Clicking on it minimizes all the opened Work-Windows and a second click opens all the minimized Work-Window.
The Feedback Button is a valuable tool that allows users to provide valuable feedback, and suggestions, or report any issues they encounter while using our web software product. By clicking on the Feedback Button, users can access a simple and intuitive form where they can describe the problem or provide their feedback in detail.
To ensure that our development team receives accurate and comprehensive information, users need to provide a clear description of the issue they are experiencing. Users should include relevant details such as the steps to reproduce the problem, any error messages received, and the browser or device they are using.
Once the user submits the feedback, it is securely transmitted to our development team for review. Our team will carefully analyze each report and take appropriate actions to address the reported issues or incorporate valuable suggestions into future updates and enhancements.
